The unique thing about this bill is that it would include all the online poker sites regardless of where they are operating. This provides an opportunity to international online gaming operators who are seeking an entry into the USA online gambling market either by Federal legalization or by an intrastate bill passage. The feature that this Nevada gaming bill is rumoured to contain is that existing online gaming sites can apply for a license in Nevada if they wish to operate for the next two years.
